My boyfriend and I tried Breathe It In once, and it was very relaxing. The staff was helpful and explained everything that was happening. They had specialty sea salt items for sale up front and then book lights and lockers where you can put your things away. The room itself was covered in salt and gently lit with comfortable chairs and blankets. They vented sodium-rich air into the room and it felt like it had some results with my sinuses but it's hard to tell from one session. If they have more promotions that make the price reasonable, we would like to try it again!
I love the Breathe It In Salt Room. It's the only place I can truly relax, breathe salt mist and just let go. I've been numerous times and taken family and friends and the staff are so friendly. One of my friends has become a regular because of the benefits of salt on her respiratory ailments. I highly recommend this new business to all who may have health issues.

Love this place! I was skeptical at first if it would really help my allergies but loved just relaxing in the room so I kept going. Then after about 5 sessions I realized I was forgetting to take my alergy pill and I could breath just fine! I'm so happy I tried it and am now a regular client.
Great place to relax and be healthy. Comforting quiet environment for strength uh your immune system and decreasing allergies. Staff is great!
