Between getting me super addicted to opioids, and topping that off with a his prescription for 60mg of adderall a day, and the xanax bars and the klonopins, and the beta-blockers, and the bp meds, and the anti-depressants, this guy really did a number on who I am at the core.
Go to a Psychiatrist. Never take drugs from a GP, unless you need antibiotics. That's about all this doctor is qualified to prescribe, and that's probably a stretch. GP's now know as much as you do, since when you go to a doctor's office, you're watching someone look up your symptoms on WebMD (basically). Don't believe me? Is he carrying an iPhone or iPad in his hand? It's essentially WebMD for doctors.
Fairly decent drug dealer. Not a great doctor. Barely operates with the confines of the law.
It should be noted that I, up until meeting this doctor, had limited experience with drugs. I hadn't really ever smoked weed, or taken pills. I drank in my 20's, but that was it. I knew a lot about drugs from a research standpoint. I did my research, and I knew which medications I felt would work best for me, before my first visit. What I didn't know, was that I would get all of those medications, and about a dozen more that were wholly unnecessary.
Little did I know that when I started seeing this doctor, that I was going to get far more than what I was asking for.
I wonder how many other former patients of his are sitting around, wondering to themselves, how did I survive?
It's taken me nearly two years to start to feel like myself again. That is with the help of a lot of meditation, and homeopathy.
Don't get me wrong -- there are good doctors out there. I'd just like to take extra special care to make sure that you know that this man is not one of them.
THIS OFFICE IS TERRIBLE......THE DOCTOR SPENDS TO MUCH TIME WITH PATIENTS. HE DO MORE TALKING THAN FIXING THE PROBLEM AND DO NOT REMEMBER OR NOTE DICUSSED MATTERS. FRONT DESK LIES WITH A SMILE. MAKING EXCUSES WHY DOCTOR TAKE TO LONG WITH JUST HAVING NO MORE THAN FOUR TO FIVE PATIENTS TO SEE IN AM HOURS.....
I was quite impressed with the Dr. Siddiqui and his clinic staff. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Dr. Siddiqui has great bedside manner, we spent over 30 minutes discussing my medical records. I would recommend Dr. Siddiqui and his clinic to anyone that might be looking for a primary physician.
Here's how that played out: He gives me tramadol for anxiety and nerve pain in my legs. We'll say six months later, and my back went out. I could barely walk. Go to doctor and he switches out the tramadol for the more strong stuff. My back gets better, but he doesn't put me back on Tramadol. He ignores my requests to go back to Tramadol, and continues with harsher opioids. It didn't take long for addiction to set in, as anyone who's been in that situation knows.
I wasn't intending on writing a review. I just wanted to come here and push the one star button (because there is not a zero star button), but when I got here, I felt like I needed to vent about my experience, in the hope that someone who -- really -- wants help, might steer clear of this place. If you really want help, or need help, and are unable to find the right doctor, message me and I can help you locate a psychiatrist or therapist that might work for you.
I was there for over 3 hours & still didn't see the doctor! I paid a co-pay for absolutely nothing! I was told to go to a different doctor, which was supposedly a referral, but was told that I need to call them on my own. By the time the nurse came in, it was their lunchtime & they were ready for me to leave. My review is actually -100. Don't go here unless you have nothing better to do with your time!
Admittedly, I stopped seeing this doctor because I received a letter in the mail stating that he could no longer be my GP. I assume this was some form of limiting his liability, in case I died. Like, the letter might as well have stated -- "Oh shoot. Sorry we got you addicted to meds, but we know that if you keep coming here, we'll keep giving them to you, and you'll keep taking them. Best of luck". I would have kept going until I died, because that's how addicted I was.
Somehow, my prescription for tramadol (which worked wonders for debilitating anxiety with no psychoactive effect) would turn into alternating vicodin and percocet, and capping it all off with a nice prescription for moprhine. Shortly after he gave me the script for morphine, I spiraled out. That was the tipping point for me. It's strange that I had to stop seeing a doctor in order to get healthy. Let that sink in.
There's plenty more to tell, but not enough room to tell it here. I had to truncate and edit this down quite a bit, to make it fit.
Wonderful doctor and staff. Well worth any wait there may be.
