I have always been treated with dignity with Dr Garlapata, even with the DEA rules changing. He has been an ally for the past 5 to 6 years. He has tried his best to help me with my pain. Very good man.

I've been a patient here for about 7+ years I have always been treated with dignity and respect. The staff are professional and caring. The only issue I have ever had is with the billing department which is located in Conway. They are never accurate on payments so you should save every receipt for proof. Other than that one of the best clinic's I've ever been to.

The Doctor( Dr. Butch )2 nd to none listens to his patients to get to your problem. Dr Butcher knows each individual is different as does all of the other Doctors at Arkansas pain . The Staff are very friendly and helpful, It doesn't take long for you to feel like you have found the medical help you have been looking for and a family of medical professionals that will try to fix your problem or lower the level of pain you have.
