The only downside I could ever say is that I wish they were open on Saturdays. It isn't always convenient to drop off before work.
I moved to NLR from another state about 10 years ago. When I needed auto repair, an acquaintance suggested Cantrell. I've since used Cantrell whenever my vehicles needed attention and have been very pleased with their repairs, prices, and the integrity of the employees. I would happily recommend them to family and friends.
Quick service for my tire repair. In and out in half and hour and reasonable price. They took care of everything including an unforeseen problem with one of the lug nuts. I hope I don't have to go again, but if I need car service will definitely go.

We moved to Maumelle 4 years ago and ever since then we have been using Cantrell Service Center for our repairs. One of the things we like best is how they will tell you what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. There is no pressure put on you. They have been honest with me every step of the way. A couple of times I found other places to do the work for less but that is a rarity. They have done right by us.
We called here for a specialty service on a 2016 Mercedes Sprinter RV.
We have recently started looking for a replacement car for my wife and Chuck has been incredible about answering our questions and getting us set up for an inspection. Once we do get a new car, it is coming back to get the work done (which hopefully won't be for a while)
They were booked up 3 days in advance and we were just passing thru town on a road trip back to Florida from Montana so we could not do business with them. However, the most amazing service we've ever experienced on the road. When my wife called she spoke to a man named "Chuck". After informing us they were booked up for the next few days he actually put my wife on "hold", and called 3 other repair facility's for us, and found us a local shop to handle our needs that very same day. He didn't have to do that, and us being from out of town had no idea on where else to go in the area. He set us an appointment at one of his competitors and saved the day! They got us in and out. Thanks you so much Chuck! You saved the day for us. You went above and beyond when you didn't have to. It was greatly appreciated.
