These people are professional, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. They not only repaired my vehicle, but did it in a very timely manner, even one day sooner than what was promised. They kept me informed of the definite diagnosis, the progress of the repair, the estimated cost and looked the car over for other problems, which none were found. I highly recommend Kittle's garage for any vehicle service that you need.
The staff was very friendly and informative, always making sure I was up-to-date with what is going on with my vehicle. Their texting system was great as it allowed them to send pictures of the issues they found, as well as the work they were doing. Moving to Arkansas from Ohio, I was very cautious about choosing a shop to go to but am very happy I found Kittle's.
Kittles is outstanding. They are honest and trustworthy. They also communicate extremely well before, during and after the service. That is very important. Technically their work is excellent. In eight years I've never had a problem once I've driven off their lot. They are keeping my 1997 Pathfinder on the road and I appreciate it.
