They're pleasant people to talk to, but I definitely wouldn't recommend them. I've had much better experience with Big Box stores and in the future I'll be buying Michelin!
We have used Barry and the team for some time now. Their service is dependable, honest, and straightforward. They have always helped us with any question or issue and were very thorough in explaining. Love they are local!
Now we had one of the tires split down the middle for no apparent reason. I was informed by them that if it is a workmanship issue, they will pay for half of the original tire since 25k miles were put on. That would be about $45
I've taken three vehicles to their shop, and have been very satisfied with both their service and their prices. All were ready at the times they quoted, and their alignments are excellent.
This picture pretty much sums up my experience with the tires I purchased here. I'm not saying it's Moore and Robinson's fault, definitely more of a tire workmanship problem. We had 3 flats(different tires) over our 1 year with these tires, and they were sliding in wet conditions almost instantly. None of the flats showed any foreign objects either. The one thing we asked when we purchased was that they'd help us find the best tire for wet conditions. Early on my wife went in to tell them about our issue with traction, and the technician said that's not possible, the tread is fine. They changed the air pressure but it really didn't improve.
Over the last ten years I have used Moor Robinson for repair work, never had a problem with any work and actually cleaned up another shops poor service ( Exon, in NLR, Park Hill).
What an awesome group of guys! They took care of a spare tire mistake that was done by another tire store. This is my only tire shop from now on!
