The customer service was great. They kept me informed on every move; however I feel as if the starter were a little pricey ($247.88). Wow!!!! We'd visited several auto supply stores and their prices were for a 2009 Dodge Journey was a $100.00 cheaper. Oh well. I took my car to DJ"s and found it would cost more to fix it than it was worth. I told him to fix it an d he could but he told me it would not be worth it. I called a salvage yard to pick it up but day after day passed and they would tell me tomorrow. I called D.J and he said not to worry just whenever I could. You don"t find too many people who own business'"s that would do that. He is a good Christian man that will treat you fairly. William Hayes
Had an amazing experience with Don and his team! Especially my guy David! When I couldn't remember or get to my tire brand before they closed on Friday, he gave me his number so I could text him what it was so he could get it ready for Monday. I brought my husband's car in, they changed the tire and oil and air filter, and we picked it up. It was easy and painless and very well priced! I will always drive from Benton to see Don and his team since he gives such great service!

I was looking for more than an auto repair shop: I wanted a knowledgeable and capable mechanic who would treat me with honesty and respect and not attempt to perform unnecessary work. In short, I was looking for a trusted home for my auto needs. Everyone at DJ's was kind, generous with their time, explained every thing simply but in detail, and most of all, respected my gender, my age and my pocketbook. Although they kept a vigilent eye on the shop, David and Don were both attentive and spent time explaining my needs. I was relieved. It was not as complicated or costly as first thought. My car runs perfectly and I have now found the reliable auto home I was looking for. I encourage you to also see how great they are.
