Free oil changes for pretty girl. Moved her 5 spots up 04/04/17. My girlfriend told me he thinks She is awesome! And now she is going to his house tomorrow for a lube job. Brake job. He nickname is monkey. 28 years service. Pretty sad I lost her over this.
They did a good job getting my AC going again, and fixed my remote start and let me know the reason my check engine light was on. Plus they didn't charge me a arm and a leg which is my biggest worry when going to a mechanic. It took a few hours but that was because they were busy and it was a Sunday so I'm fine waiting for good service.
Go ANYWHERE else, seriously.

Great customer service today so appreciative of the staff. Here on vacation got a nail in my tire they told me 30-45 minutes and delivered on that time. After being told same thing at Goodyear and waiting an hour and then still 4 cars ahead of me. Will use them for any auto service needs in future while here on my annual vacation.
At 3 hours and 5 minutes of waiting on 4 new tires to be put on my truck, I decided to look at reviews of this place and then realized the mistake I had made. It took 3hrs and 15min total for the new tires to be put on, they asked twice if I wanted the white lettering on the outside and I said yes (the white is on the inside), my tire pressure sensor light is on, I walked back in and asked about it, the response was "it should go off in about 10 miles when the sensor resets." I just drove 86 miles back home and the light is still on. And how did buy 3 tires at $202 and get the 4th free end up being $881? I was never asked about the $120 road hazard warranty that I was charged for.
This experience was full of complete and utter negligence and incompetence. What should have been a simple repair has turned into a 4 day (!!!) ordeal in the midst of moving across the country. The person at the service desk and the mechanic lied repeatedly about the progress and failed to communicate that the part hadn't even been ordered! Such a waste of time and money (for the 4+ day stay in AR). They didn't even finish the job, so we decided to have the car towed to the Volvo dealership. Words cannot express how frustrating and infuriating this experience has been.
