Where do I begin, I called this place looking for a custom paint job for my 2010 Camaro and the Salesman Neal Richardson was extremely rude and unprofessional. Further still, before I could even get the information I need this gentleman hung up the phone. So, I called back and Richard tells me “If you’re looking for an apology, you’re not getting one” (Salesman Neal Richardson). Thus, I had to hang up. The moral of the story is don’t go to Team 1 Auto Body shop in North Little Rock, AR. 72117. I have never spoken with a salesman that had such disrespect for a customer and in these current financial times its companies like this that should be out of business! On top of that every thread I go to has bad reviews. So, the customer service is bad and the work they do is bad too.

Door does not shut properly; has to be slammed. Window makes a terrible racket.
I have Team 1 do all my customers and my own personal cars. I have had everything from small dents to complete paint jobs done. My customers enjoy the personal attention from Neil and Kathy. I know when I refer people to them, the job will be done correctly and on time.
While they had my car in the shop, they let the battery run down. Henry said it wasn't his responsibility to charge a battery.,,even though it was in HIS SHOP.
