I would recommend this Best Western Hotel over any other hotel in this area.
Great stay but now it's time to move on.
The room was clean and the beds were pretty comfy. The staff was nice. Unfortunately, the room was incredibly humid. We had to keep the air turned down way low and there was still a lot of moisture in the room. Everything just felt wet. Breakfast was pretty good but they ran out of coffee and we had to wait awhile for it to be refilled.
Only con is the sink didn't work well meaning water just stood there instead of going down the drain but that's an easy fix if they fix it.
Prices are great and the location is great. Free breakfast that was very tasty for the morning and the rooms were clean, beautiful, and the beds were super comfortable! The bathrooms were thankfully clean and it felt great taking a shower in there. I loved the fact that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was up on the wall and you can take as much as you need instead of being given those tiny bottles.
This hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. We had no issues checking in or out and the hotel made us feel at home in any way possible. I had never stayed at a best western before, but this experience has proved to me that Best Western is back in the hotel game. I am picky about hotels but I would stay here again!
Convenient Motel next to US 167/67. Clean facility with hot free breakfast from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Prefer 1st floor since this hotel has no elevator to the 2nd floor. Reasonable prices are charged for the location in North Little Rock, AR.
CONS: They have a "NO PET POLICY" which should be changed. We had to leave our 2 year old puppy with someone the first 2 nights but had nobody to care for him the 3rd night. It forced us to change to another hotel in the area which had a hard bed but overall was nice. The Candlewood Suites jist down the road from this Best Western also had an area outside for dogs and had a doggy clean-up station so owners could clean up after their pet.
PROS: The Staff members were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The beds were plush and hands down the most comfortable bed we've had at any hotel. Pricing and value for the room and service were definitely above par.
