Service is great! Lobby, breakfast area, and lower floors were nice and very clean. The 4th floor is smoking and probably hasn't been updated recently but waa very clean as well. Area seems, safe police station less than .25 mi. Will stay next time we have multiple days at Children's Hospital.
Minor aesthetic touch ups needed, but didn't detract from overall cleanliness of room. Very spacious.Nice heavy bedding and fluffy pillows! Nice overall and in room amenities and close to highway and gas/food. Late night staff very friendly and welcoming. Clean,
Room was basically clean except for some stains on the pillow cases but I brought my own pillow as usual, So that didn't bother me. Was in a non smoking room but could smell cigarette smoke in the room. Water in bathroom didnt have much pressure but was clean.Desk clerk polite and helpful. Allowed dogs only charged $5.00 for her. Served breakfast in the morning. Overall and considering it was actually cheaper then what the reservation price said. I was happy with it and it was so late when we checked I. It was good enough for me.
Absolutely disguisting. Hair in the not just one here but many hairs. It had dirty sheets and smelled like smoke there was cigarette ashes on the tray that they put the coffee maker on. They had toilet paper shoved into the holes in the wall. The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. The ceiling was falling apart. I wish I could post pictures Got a new room to trash to all over the floor a dirty floor and dirty towels hanging from the shower rail. The front girl was very nice and professional and got me the next room right away but it is not even close to a decent room either. when I walked into the lobby to check in, there was literally girl on girl fighting on the TV I felt a little unsafe.
Spacious dining area. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The staff was friendly. We only saw ine staff oersin wearing a uniform. Majority of the staff were wearing every day casual clothing. There wasn't anyway to distinguish staff from guests. The Hotel is falling apart and dirty. Onky one elevator was operating and it was dirty and no visible inspection validation inside of the elevator. The rooms looked clean upon entering, but closer inspection revealed tattered worn carpets, exposed carpet tacks, huge stains. Dust on all surfaces, filthy phone console, stained bedding, dirty and stained bedspread (more like thin table cloth). The heater sounded like a rattling old truck radiator and Darth Vader breathing. It popped every 5 minutes or so, loudly, similar to a baseball hitting the side of the wall. Horrible. The shower barely worked and the hot water was rusted in color. I am not exaggerating as I took videos and pictures of all the issues. Around 1 am a stranger started banging on several doors, as well as ours. No security personnel and the front desk wouldn't answer the phone. We had to call 911 after the crazed thug continued to bang on the door. 6 police officers arrived and thoroughly searched for him and found two males trying to gain entry into rooms for theft. Tho only positive note worth mentioning was the woman who served and prepared the breakfast buffet. She was polite, hard working, and thoughtful! We cannot recommend this hotel.
Got in late- thank you so much for late night walk-in pricing flexibility when another hotel was insisting we book online for the lower price (while we were standing right there)
