Great little motel for the price. Room was clean and lady at the front desk was friendly. Pool was a disgusting green color. No coffee pot, iron, ironing board, or shampoo in room. Other than that it was a great stay. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well. I would recommend this place to others for a good place to sleep.

The Little Rock Motel 6 was one of the better stays with two exceptions. This is a converted motel (no idea what brand it was before Motel 6 got it), and you can tell because they have carpeting in the room and different (better) furniture. Our room was large and clean, but the tub drained VERY slowly and there was no roller for the toilet paper holder. We told the front desk as we left and they promised to take care of both issues, but these are the types of problems that should be dealt with before guest arrive (housekeeping never noticed a missing roller? Really? C’mon).
Excellent location just off of the interstate on McCain Boulevard. Large rooms with nice flat screen TVs. Although the furniture is dated and Staind. Could use some new lamp shades and drapes and pillows. No breakfast offered here. $420 for a week was way too much.
Nice room, spacious. Carpet needs cleaning and furniture a bit worn. Remote for TV didn't work very well. Front desk staff very helpful.
On a recent cross-country trip from Oregon to Michigan and back (via California), we stayed at 15 different Motel 6 locations. Generally, they fall into one of two categories – “a decent stay for a decent price,” or “a sleep cheap and we know it.” The former are well-kept properties where service and cleanliness are top-notch; the latter are places that fail to perform routine maintenance or cleaning, and/or fail to in some other manner.
