Front desk clerk was very helpful. Room was clean. Loved the shower head in our bathroom. I like hot showers with good water pressure. Quiet place. Good location to McCain Mall. Have stayed at this location twice this year.
-Had to briefly turn the heater on for my mother, created a burning smell that triggered the smoke detector for a second. Shower had a squealing sound the entire time the water was on. Pillows way too high, had to use the small decorative square pillow.
+Lobby and room were very clean. Nice employees. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Almost no noise from the interstate.

Great hotel and friendly staff that was extremely welcoming and accomodating. Quiet area since there are only a few things off this exit. Highly recommended.
Was greeted right away by the service and the lobby looked nice and clean. Room was nice clean and comfy plus they have free breakfast. Minutes away the mall and plenty of food places.
