The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. My family liked that there was plenty of restaurants near by. I would recommend staying here.
We arrived at a late hour after many hours on the road and without a reservation. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient in getting us a room quickly and at a great rate. The room was clean and the bed was one of the best I've slept on. Checkout the next morning was much of the same. Super friendly and efficient staff. We highly recommend this location.
Candlewood is a different hotel experience. Low prices and great service from the staff, but they don't clean your room every day. This makes the hotel a great place to stay for long business trips as you're not bothered or for a couple nights. The gym, pool and laundry facilities are great. Like I said, the staff is amazing here. They'll help you with anything you need. If you forgot something or couldn't bring something with you, they'll do anything to help you out. Definitely recommend for any type of business trip.
The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, a gas station, and a Walmart. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortably arranged. The amenities are great for a long stay. Free laundry and a decent gym. The staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints!
If I were able to not give any stars I would. We walk in after long day and desk person was sitting in full view talking on the phone we saw each other yet no acknowledgement from her. After 3-4 minutes we gave our reservation number and signed in. Open the door to our room and bed unmade and dishes in sink. Went back down stairs to tell her thanks but no thanks and no apology. ZERO. So we checked out and headed down the street where they were happy we were there. You have been warned.
