I have a cantankerous 2001 Jetta that needs attention every 4-6 months. Bob is a heck of a nice guy and will get you rolling in no time without all the BS of going to the ONE VW dealer in town.

Any problem at all with my foreign cars, and I took them straight to Bob's shop (including a stubborn intermittent electrical problem that he conquered successfully). He's always busy (a good sign, in my opinion), so call first. He gave me good advice when I was in the market to buy a car. Don't be scared by his gruff exterior or the big dogs lounging around. Bob knows what he's doing and will treat you right, and with integrity.
