I would never again take my Car to this man. Thisman charged me $445 for coil changed. The Day i went i went to check on my car after he called n said it was ready it wouldnt start. Remind you I Drove it all the way from Little Rock, South University area. He then tells me he'll check it out and call me. That it may be my Fuel pump. Well it took 10 days for that diagnosis. I asked how much would it be for parts n labor? I was quoted $200 for labor as as previous job with the coils, Plus $301.99 for the pump. Oh he told me the $301.99 was my Oreillys price but his would be more like $230. I stated ok fix it, Please. About 3weeks later. He called the secondary phone and says that my car was ready a week ago. A couple weeks past and i go to pick up the car. He has the nerve to say i abandoned my vehicle and he dont know where the receipt for my total is. His bookkeeper has it. Oh the best of this story is he tries to tell me it has a lien on it. When i paid cash for it and have my title at home and i dont owe anybody. Ok Mr.Payne then i ask about my lifetime warranty on the fuel pump he says I'll have to get that done through him. How when i paid for parts n Labor? Well Today on my way to work my truck shuts off and i call a guy that does mobile mechanics. I had to pay $80 cause my fuel line wasnt pushed far enough n place. I coulve been on therode loosen fuel and the way people through cigarettes out. I coulve lost my life due to a angry dishonest person. Very unhappy with some of his work and attitude towards me and my vehicle
