Its very conveniently located near shopping and dining. Rooms are very clean and nice. The service was excellent, the girl who works the front desk named dawn was very professional an helpful.
Dawn was AMAZING! There was an issue with my fiancé's reservation. She quickly handled the situation and went above and beyond to make it right! Shaun was AMAZING as well! He was on it. He made sure we had everything we needed, even warmed my food up for me while I waited for my waffle to finish. The only negative I experience was with the chef. He appeared to have an attitude with the influx of patrons arriving at little before nine. I heard him say several times, "I only got an hour and 20 minutes left." When I asked about where to get the bacon, he pointed in a direction that was not obvious. I wish he would have just told me the kitchen supplied the meats. I could go on about him, but I don't want to overshadow all of the great we experienced.
Beautiful clean rooms. Friendly staff. Comfy bed and chair's. Best price for a hotel like this anywhere.
The food was good, especially the spinach dip. If we would have known the event rooms were in the back, we would have parked in one of the spots at the side of the building. We were attending a birthday celebration there and the room was nice but was a bit small even for a birthday party.
We absolutely loved this hotel. They have great friendly staff, and wonderful amenities. The bed was wonderful and soft, and clean rooms. Nice indoor pool where we met a wonderful family from Texas who my daughter Georgia had fun playing Marco Polo with. The breakfast was yummy with many options. The front desk people were amazing especially Nikia Moore. By far my favorite hotel stay ever! Thank you for the wonderful time Hilton Garden!
