They are nasty!!!!! The sheets was dirty pillow case was nasty they had hair on them!!!!! The tub had hair in it!!!!!! The love seat has candy stains on the side of it!!!!! When I called down to the front desk and told him about the problem he came up and looked at the sheets and pillow case and said what seem to be the problem... I told him this is dirty the sheets and other covers... yes he changed them out... then I had family to come to the room to visit right... he called me in my room to tell me i CAN'T have no more than FIVE visitor in my room.... I went down stairs and asked for my money back... because i don't have five people in my room... and I also told him he should have made that known from the door!!!!! Because I WOULDN'T have stayed !!!!! We had words of course and he said I'm going to watch the camera I said okay ... and he was wrong of course... don't stay they are NASTY and RUDE!!!!!
Terrible!!! Arrived at 10:30 pm, had to wait for the black lady to get off her personal phone...bell doesn't work, btw, no water for red club members, no breakfast, filthy hallway floors, qtip outside my door, no hot water, and holes in my towel...oh, and side door doesn't even lock...EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED... THE OWNER, thick accent, said he had to go buy more water, but doesn't have any... and he had hot water for his shower so i MUST BE MISTAKEN...he had no excuse for the rest...
If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would. Service was terrible from the moment I walked through the doors. I rented a room on December 22, 2017 at 12:30 PM for my husband to sleep so that we could continue our drive to Florida. He walked through the room door and walked straight out because of the uncleanliness. He told the receptionist after 10 minutes of checking in that he was going to check out and if it was possible to get any refund back because he had not touched anything in that room and she said yes she was going to cancel the transaction and we would not be charged. I checked my bank account when we got back from Florida and was still charged for the room. I called the Inn and not only did I not understand why the speaker was saying but I was spoken to in an unprofessional manner. I could not understand anything he was saying and I kept asking him to repeat it and he was not friendly about it. I was basically told the receptionist we checked in with didn't cancel the transaction or leave a note for anyone to dispute it so we lost $60 for opening their room door. Thanks for nothing.
It was clean and comfortable and their service was excellent we got a room right away and whenever we need anything that they could provide they would help immediately
First of all, the property was in a location that left our safety to question. Very dark parking lot and people wandering around outside. When you show up at 2am, you want to feel safe. Second, when I walked in to check in, the person at the desk was sound asleep with earphones on so it took them a minute to even know I was there. And finally, when we got into our room, the first thing we noticed was stains on the comforter on one of the beds. Then, when we pulled back the sheets, there were stains on them as well. To make a long story short, we loaded the kids back into the car and found another place to stay. Of course there was a no refund policy, but that's my fault for not paying more attention.
