Overall no complaints. Good place to stay for the money. Tv was a nice one but they could hace had mote channels. I liked the nice clean hard floor instead of motel carpet where you don't know what kind of disgusting thinhs ate in the carpet fibers. That's a big plus for me here. Also had a nice lamp above the desk as well as reading lamp above the bed. Many times there isn't enough light in either place. Room was nicer than most economy motels. I'd go there again.
Best secret in Prothro. Clean. Friendly staff. Good delivery restraints. Extremely affordable.
Check in was painfully long, and getting info about the room and amenities was like pulling teeth. The room was not very clean - hair on the floors and stains everywhere. We actually had to request a second room, as the first one didn't have working appliances. Wouldn't recommend.
Multiple complaints: Cobwebs in corners of ceiling, ac and mini fridge leaked, bathroom smelled, bed and pillows were too hard for my taste, "continental breakfast" consisted of cereal and muffins, juice machine leaked water when you pushed the button, nothing was filled up, hotel maids didn't even acknowledge us, staff was on their phones behind the counter. The one upside to my stay was the free use of a baby crib and it looked brand new. When checking out, she didn't even ask for my key. She just handed me the receipt and said thank you. I told her the crib was off to the side and she just left it there. Not professional at all. I've stayed in worse hotels but if I had to stay here again, I would for this price.
staff not so friendly..never enuff regular coffe an then u ask them to make some an they get an attitude...the bigger gjrl that works second shift needs to get her nose out of facebook an do het job....just saying
